Vertical Bandsaw Machine VT-350

The VT 350M High Speed Vertical Bandsaw Machine is a high-speed vertical bandsaw machine designed for runner and riser cutting, plate and sheet cutting, and other industrial metal-cutting applications involving irregular or odd-shaped workpieces. The VT 350M Vertical Bandsaw Machine uses tungsten carbide blade wear pads and hardened guide rollers to provide stable blade guidance and help improve blade life during continuous cutting operations. Its vertical cutting configuration allows workpieces to be positioned and fed across the saw blade according to the required cutting application.

The VT 350M Bandsaw Machine features a hydraulically fed worktable with pressure- and temperature-compensated feed control for controlled workpiece movement during cutting. Fixtures can be mounted on the worktable to securely hold different types of jobs, while a separate hydraulic power pack is provided for machine operations. The machine is suitable for cutting runners and risers of castings, plates, and sheets, round bars, square sections, hexagonal sections, angular sections, and other workpieces used in foundry, engineering, fabrication, and general manufacturing applications.
